Types of classes
Our priority is to take care of your well-being and motivation. That is why our offer includes both group classes and personalized, tailored individual classes (from 1 to 2 people). Additionally, if you feel like training with friends, we will be happy to organize a dedicated group for you.
Group classes
Number of people in class:

maximum 10 people in a large room

Training duration: 55 minutes
Our classes are open to all ages ( 18+ ) and skill levels.
During the session, our trainers actively participate in the exercises with the group, precisely describing the exercise being performed and providing support by correcting positions and deepening stretching.
Regardless of your level of advancement (!), our modification suggestions are tailored to your individual capabilities, ensuring effective and safe training.
Individual classes
Number of people in the class: 1 or 2 people
Training duration: 55 minutes
Individual classes are not only a training tailored to your needs, but also the full commitment of a trainer who cares about achieving optimal results. Thanks to a friendly and motivating atmosphere, we will provide you with full comfort during training.
Whether you prefer solo or couple classes, we will adapt to your schedule.
Our Team
Stretchingirl Studio is a team of talented and energetic young professionals with extensive experience in sports and training.
Amina
has been associated with Stretchingirl Studio since its establishment in 2021. She holds the title of Master of Sports. As a trainer, she is demanding and pays attention to detail. During training, she devotes time to each according to their needs and level of advancement.
Specialty: leg stretching, author of Sweat&Stretch
Marysia
she has been involved in sports since her early years, and with our studio since 2021. Her workouts are full of energy and commitment. If you are wondering whether you can get tired during stretching, Marysia will certainly show you that sometimes more than during many cardio workouts.
Specialty: lower body, Intensity
Dasha
is a Master of Sports in artistic gymnastics. She is a certified fitness trainer and personal trainer with over five years of experience. During exercises, she pays special attention to correct body posture, precision of performed movements and correct technique.
Specialty: mobility, flexibility
Angelika
is a licensed artistic gymnastics trainer and runs her own school. She comes from Kazakhstan, where she was a three-time national champion. She likes to conduct her training in an intensive way, but in such a way that the details do not suffer.
Specialty: individual approach, correct technique
Magda
certified yoga and mat pilates instructor, dancer. She is constantly training in pilates and strength. Dancing has been with her since her early years and it is thanks to it that her passion for sports was born. She pays special attention to the technique and quality of the exercises performed. During her classes you will slim your body, improve your posture and above all strengthen your core (abdominal muscles).

Passes - group classes
We offer a variety of pass types so everyone can choose the option that suits their needs and schedule.

Our selection of individual passes is adapted to the frequency and number of people exercising.

Contraindications
General contraindications to classes are:

recent joint dislocations or bone fractures

chronic joint diseases

hernia

spinal instability or severe curvature

vascular diseases such as: thrombosis, thrombophlebitis, atherosclerosis, dilated veins

hypertension
Any medical or medical contraindications should be consulted with a physician before participating in classes.

How to prepare for training?

Don't eat anything heavy about 2/3 hours before training

Bring comfortable sportswear – you are the one who should feel comfortable

We have mats, necessary equipment and water on site, you don't have to take them with you.

Don't stress, we will be happy to answer all your questions

It is best to come to training about 15 minutes before the start of the class to prepare calmly.

You can leave your belongings in our cloakroom in locked lockers and take the key with you to the exercise room.

If you have any questions or concerns, you can always talk to the trainer before the class. It is also worth reporting any injuries or traumas

During training, perform exercises in accordance with your own body - do not force anything!

If you can't do an exercise, don't worry, everyone was a beginner at one point!

Focus on yourself and don't compare yourself to others. Each of us has our own pace.
